Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship on the next business day.

Shipping rates depend on the destination and weight of your package.

Our system automatically rate-shops major carriers to find the lowest available shipping price for each order.

You can view our Economy Rate Schedule for reference on current rates.

(Phase V Economy Residential Service — 1–5 Day Delivery for packages up to 25 lbs.)

Additional carrier surcharges such as fuel, remote delivery area, or dimensional (225 DIM) charges may apply for oversized items.

To make changes or cancel an order, please do so before fulfillment within the platform.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, updates may no longer be possible.
